Premier Cooperative and Progressive Propane Reach Agreement
Champaign, IL, 08/20/2024 – Premier Cooperative, an Illinois farmer-owned cooperative providing agricultural commodities and energy products announced plans today to purchase Progressive Propane, a leading supplier of propane and related services, located in Philo, IL.
The two companies expect to finalize the agreement later this month. Tim Grubb and his entire staff will join the employee group at Premier.
