With the way COVID-19 has been affecting our communities, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign has stepped up by manufacturing hand sanitizer for health care facilities.
Last week, Garrett Bruns of our Energy team was approached by members of the University of Illinois to aid in their efforts to manufacture this much needed hand sanitizer. More specifically, they needed new storage tanks to hold the ethanol used in production. Garrett did the ground work and coordinated three tanks for their efforts.
It is this type of “above and beyond” work that we at Premier Cooperative are so very proud of as we rise up to the challenges facing not only agribusiness but the communities around us as a whole.
