Our Dewey location has been under construction installing a single point load out for rail loading. In the past, we loaded on the East and West elevator to ship grain out by rail. With the current build project, we are going to load rail cars at one location on the East side. The new loadout system will be able to load cars at 60,000 bushel an hour and, if needed, we can unload a car in question at 20,000 an hour. With this system, on loading faster, with our dedication to safety in mind, will cut down on employee fatigue. This project also provides our customers easier access to dumping if we were to load cars at harvest without blocking the tracks, enabling them to get right to our dump pits.
